Thunderflower Gin
Our original London Dry Gin is complex and full bodied, juniper forward with a unique and distinctive flavour loved by gin enthusiasts. It's everything a craft-gin should be.
Aromatic and bold sage and heather combines with piney, peppery juniper and spices for a distinctive and enjoyably dry and savoury profile with depth of flavour.
A garnish of lemon or lime brings the ideal balance in a G&T, bringing out the lemon grass and adding the fruity, citrus notes to contrast the savoury botanicals.
FireShip 58
Used in 17th century naval warfare, Fire Ships were wooden ships packed with combustibles and gunpowder, set alight and steered whilst ablaze into the enemy fleet.
FireShip 58 is not just a stronger version of our Thunderflower Gin but an entirely new recipe with botanicals that include grains of paradise, cubebs, all-spice, cassia, calamus root, lemon peel, orange peel, lemon grass, liquorice, angelica root, green cardamom, heather, marjoram and of course juniper and coriander.
Only pure Dartmoor spring water is added to dilute the spirit to 58% ABV, the strength at which gunpowder will still burn even if soaked in gin.

ElderBay Blush
Elder Bay Blush is a delightfully refreshing gin that celebrates flavours found in Devon. Combining two gin making techniques, we first distill a London Dry Gin to marry piney Juniper with our signature botanicals of Elderflower and Bay Leaf.
We then infuse this gin with Rowan Berries, Hawthorn berries and Rosehip adding tartness and notes of jam (as well as the colour).
Pure Dartmoor spring water is all that is added to the spirit before bottling.
Serve with lots of ice and your favourite premium tonic water and garnish with strawberries.
English Orchard
Crisp English apples and a blend of warming spices are distilled with citrus and carefully chosen botanicals to create sweet mulled apple flavours in balance with a juniper finish.
Our botanical flavours are extracted through delicate vapour infusion in a one-shot distillation run with only pure Dartmoor spring water added to dilute the final spirit to a perfect 42% ABV.
No flavourings or sweeteners or other junk - just fresh apples, botanicals and water.
Serve on ice with premium tonic water, use in your favourite gin based cocktail for a new twist, or enjoy neat on the rocks as a sipping gin
Negroni 58
Traditionally equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari, the Negroni is said to have been invented in 1919 in Florence when Count Negroni insisted on a stronger Americano cocktail with gin to replace the normal soda water.
Negroni 58 is our contemporary take on this classic recipe, blending our award-winning navy strength dry gin, FireShip 58, with one of the world’s finest sweet vermouths in Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino, and the iconic Italian liqueur, Amaro Montenegro, made in Bologna following an unchanged secret recipe since 1885.
Stir slowly with ice 58 times for a perfectly balanced, bitter-sweet apéritif cocktail, made for the adventurous.
