We are delighted to have completed the development and launch of a new bespoke gin for Harvey & Hamilton.
Harvey & Hamilton are a Devon based business that make the finest British kit for sundowners, picnics and outdoor life. Founder Nick Harvey has always wanted a quality London Dry Gin to compliment his range and gave us a brief for a classic London Dry Gin with a contemporary feel that would make the perfect sundowner Gin & Tonic.
We developed two recipes to meet that brief and one was chosen that reflected the name Sunset Gin. It's a classic London Dry gin, but with a hint of citrus, thyme and bergamot that adds refreshing complexity.
